Bootcamps are where Fitness Hunters shine! We have been running athletic bootcamps for the last 4 years and know how to bring you a killer calorie burning workout. After our camps you’ll feel leaner, stronger, faster, and more athletic.
They run roughly 45min to an hour and will give you some of the best damn workouts you’ve ever had. We combine athletic conditioning like speed and agility training, and mix it up with interval timed circuit training for strength.
We’re at Greenlake park Saturday mornings at 9am. It’s a $20 drop in rate and we’ll go until the weather forces us inside.
Also if you’re in Seattle’s U-district area, come to Community Fitness at 6108 Roosevelt Way NE on Mondays at 5:30 pm for a killer indoor bootcamp. A bit different from the outdoor ones but the same energy and killer workout!
